Living with Loss

Being a Carer for someone you love can be exhausting and demanding. It can also mean living with loss when we witness our loved one slipping away from us, no longer being the vital person they used to be.

Loss affects us in so many ways, often without us realising it.

These sessions are available for carers who are bereaved as well as those who are grieving for the person they care for before their passing, due to conditions such as dementia, MS, stroke, or other progressive illnesses.

This 8-week group is designed specially to support and resource you to live with loss. It’s designed specially to help you recognise how loss and grief affect you.

It’s designed to give you emotional, practical and psychological tools to use every day.

This is no ordinary Bereavement Group. There’ll be plenty of blethering and resources to enable you to live hopefully with your loss.

These sessions will begin on Wednesday 18th September from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm in Kirkcaldy. To register your interest email centre@ffiecarers.co.uk or call 01592 205472
